Before finding 'Zaar, I was less of a cook and more of a recipe collector but now I try many more things and we're having more fun in the kitchen (at least I am)! Thanks for all your ratings, comments and help in the forums AND for posting so many great recipes. Mince the garlic, zest and slice the lemon, and chop the fresh herbs (or measure out the dry). This recipe moves very quickly, so you want to have everything prepped ahead of time. Then, prep all your ingredients and season the pork with plenty of salt and pepper on both sides. Grill chops until they are browned, show good. First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Rub both sides of pork chops with herb mixture and coat them with olive oil. I have a wonderful DH and 2 wonderful sons. Mix together sage, rosemary, salt, thyme, fennel, sugar, and bay leaf in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Just before cooking, bring chops to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days. Drizzle a little olive oil over each chop, and rub into the meat on both sides. ![]() They made some dishes that I miss and there were/are no recipes for them.
